1. About Biasharaspot Shelves
Biasharaspot Shelves is a retail space rental and operations outsourcing business located at Star Mall, Shop C8, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi, Kenya.
We provide affordable shelf rental, storage, sales assistance, and marketing services for small businesses, startups, and online sellers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Biasharaspot, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms;
Agree to be legally bound by them;
Are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into contracts in Kenya.
3. Services Offered
Biasharaspot provides information and access to:
Shelf rental packages and pricing;
Online marketing and product promotion options;
Contact and registration forms for new clients;
Information on delivery, partnerships, and client requirements.
Some services may require you to sign a formal Shelf Rental Agreement, which will supplement these Terms.
4. Client Registration and Eligibility
To become a Biasharaspot client, you must provide accurate and verifiable information, including:
Full Name
National ID or Passport
KRA PIN
Business Registration Details
Valid Contact Information
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account or registration information.
5. Pricing and Payments
Shelf rental fees range between KES 1,000 and KES 3,500 per month, depending on the space allocated.
All payments must be made in advance through Biasharaspot’s approved payment channels.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Late or non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of your agreement and possible disposal of your goods as per the signed contract.
6. Product Marketing and Online Sales
Biasharaspot reserves the right to promote or advertise clients’ products on its website, social media pages, or other digital platforms to enhance sales visibility.
Biasharaspot may increase the price of listed products by up to 10% to cover marketing and administrative costs.
Clients may instruct Biasharaspot not to increase prices; in such cases, clients must provide discounted prices for online sales.
Clients may also request exclusion from online posting or marketing by providing written notice.
7. Product Responsibility and Ownership
All goods displayed or stored by Biasharaspot remain the sole property of the Client.
Clients must ensure all items are genuine, safe, and legally compliant.
Biasharaspot is not liable for losses, damage, or defects resulting from poor packaging, theft, natural disasters, or third-party delays.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, images, and designs on this website are the property of Biasharaspot Shelves or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without written permission.
Clients grant Biasharaspot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or descriptions of their products for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users of this website must not:
Upload or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Post or promote counterfeit or prohibited goods;
Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious software;
