Biasharaspot Shelves Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all existing Biasharaspot clients and members of the public who wish to refer new clients.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals one can make.

2. Referral Reward

• Referrers will earn Ksh 500 for every successful referral.

• A referral is considered successful once the referred client rents and pays for a shelf at Biasharaspot.

• Only one referrer is eligible for payment per referred client.

3. Payment Terms

• Referral payments are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.

• Payments will be made via M-Pesa or another agreed method.

• If a referral is confirmed after a payment date, the reward will be included in the next payment cycle.

4. Verification

• To qualify, the referred client must clearly mention the name or referral code of the person who referred them during registration or payment.

• Biasharaspot reserves the right to verify and approve referrals before payment.

5. Exclusions

• Self-referrals are not allowed.

• Referrals where the referred client cancels or fails to pay for the shelf are not eligible for rewards.

6. Duration of the Offer

• The referral offer has no expiry date and will remain active until Biasharaspot decides otherwise.

• Biasharaspot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

7. General Conditions

• Participation in the referral program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Biasharaspot’s decision on all matters related to the referral program is final and binding.

• Any disputes arising from the program will be handled in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
